Inizia prestissimo lo studio del pianoforte e successivamente si interessa alle possibilità creative offerte dalla tecnologia, in particolar modo all'utilizzo di strumenti elettroacustici, computer, sintesi sonora, live electronics.
Frequenta un corso annuale al SAE institute (School of Audio Engineering) e contemporaneamente consegue la licenza di Teoria e Solfeggio presso il Conservatorio “F.A. Bonporti” di Riva del Garda, per frequentare poi il Conservatorio “G. Verdi” di Milano, dove consegue il diploma in Musica e nuove tecnologie.
Da sempre interessato alla creazione di una nuova estetica musicale il cui pensiero è radicato nella tradizione della musica elettroacustica colta, indaga il rapporto fra le forme del rumore e la composizione musicale.
La sua musica trova terreno fertile nell’immagine e nelle arti multimediali, che lo portano a lavorare sul concetto di visione del suono riflettendo sul suo potenziale evocativo e sinestesico.
I suoi interessi spaziano dall’uso del suono in contesti artistici alla performance, senza trascurare l’improvvisazione.
Realizza diverse colonne sonore per cortometraggi, documentari, pubblicità radiofoniche e televisive.
Interessato al concetto di multimedia, realizza diverse installazioni ricercando una propria dimensione timbrica, morfologica e spaziale del suono.
Nella sua poetica approfondisce il concetto di scultura sonora e interazione tra fruitore, suono e ambiente circostante.
È autore di musica, dall’elettronica sperimentale alla popular music, abbracciando generi come easy listening, exotica, lounge music, club music, ambient e minimalista.
Si occupa di produzione elettroacustica in studio, dal vivo e in contesti espositivi.
Insegnante di Musica negli istituti secondari di primo e di secondo grado, collabora con scuole e accademie, pubbliche e private.
